“I appreciate the vibe of the entire property, but particularly the artwork with descriptions at various locations. I also appreciate the quality of your bedding and sheets. I stay in many different properties in my travels, and what you use is among the best. Staff members who stand out include the front desk staff personnel as well as the valet staff. They were authentically pleasant, polite, and conversational without it seeming forced or fake, the way some places can be. These people clearly enjoyed being part of the team and represent your brand very well.”

The Gordon Lofts
"We’ve lived at the Gordon Lofts for a few years now and give it 5 stars for many reasons. The apartments are modern and updated, and you can’t beat the downtown location. It’s also dog-friendly, as are many of the local businesses nearby. All apartments feature newer appliances, and the building is quite safe and well-maintained. We especially love the views and club room upstairs, and my dog Koda gives it 5 woofs!”

"I've lived at the Gordon Lofts since 2022 and have yet to experience anything even close to a problem while living here.
The location is excellent. I only have to walk a few blocks to be in the center of downtown, and having several local businesses around to support is a huge plus. The staff has always been professional and extremely prompt in responding to inquiries or requests. Any time I needed to get a hold of maintenance, they were there and had the problem solved on the same day. The key fob system makes the building extremely safe, the appliances are new and high quality, and despite being an apartment building, the walls do an excellent job of keeping sound in. I rarely hear my neighbors in their homes. The Lofts has fostered a friendly community with regular events, and there's a genuine sense of community within the building. I highly recommend living here."

The food area stood out with its variety of fresh produce, local specialties, and gourmet ingredients, while the grocery selection offered plenty of organic and artisanal options. Beyond that, the toy section was full of charming, high-quality finds and the beautifully displayed soaps added a sensory touch with their lovely scents.
